**Key Performance area**:
**1. Office Administration**
- Managing Laptop Policies including items issued
- Compiling employment packs
- Maintaining the filing system online
- Paperwork: Contracts, Insurance Forms ad Policies
- Scanning, Printing, and filing
- Working on Sage People payroll system
- Pulling reports for banking details, addresses and other employee information
- Updating contract templates
- Adjusting calculation templates
- Processing of AoDs where applicable

**2. Provide support and assistance with the Disciplinary and Grievance** **Procedures**:

- Schedule meetings with labour consultant to chair disciplinary enquiries with DRC/CCMA
- Load outcome on the HR tracker. Ensure all disciplinary paperwork has been placed in file i.e., on the system and a hard copy on the personnel file.
- Follow up on existing and future cases which have been escalated to CCMA/DRC and liaise with labour broker regarding dates.
- Maintain the full CCMA and DRC process and the administration thereof i.e. object to con/arbs and compile CCMA/DRC Packs

**3. Ensure timeous and accurate completion of month end reports**:

- Monthly completion of HR reportsOrganograms
- IT Reports, DNR Reports, funeral reports, new starters report, cellphone reports, Panelshop reports.
- Union and Labour Reports, Termination Reports.
- Conduct audits on employee files and general information on an ad hoc basis i.e., license reminders.
- Drafting and tracking of warnings

**Requirements**:
**Critical experience**:

- 2 - 3 Years HR administration experience
- Diploma / Degree

**Job Type**: Permanent

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
