We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Administrator to manage the full employee lifecycle at one of our clients premises based in Eagle Park.

This role is ideal for someone with strong generalist and/or administration experience and a passion for people, compliance, and organisational culture.

Experience in Call Centres, HR and/or Admin roles will be a strong advantage. Must have reliable transport.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Ensure HR records are maintained and POPIA compliant
- Align HR policies with BCEA, LRA, OHSA, POPIA and EEA legislation
- Coordinate performance appraisals
- Support payroll with accurate HR inputs such as capturing of leave
- Handle all grievances, disciplinary processes, and hearing administration
- Oversee training, tracking, and essential HR records and reporting

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- **Requirements**:_
- National Diploma or studying towards a Degree in HRM or Industrial Psychology
- HR Generalist and/or Administration experience a must
- Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR systems or processes

- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
