**Purpose of the Role**
We are looking for a motivated Portuguese Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Brazilian Portuguese home/first language essential
- Handling chats in a timely and customer-centric fashion
- Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Norwegian or Finnish, both written and spoken alongside good English skills
- Soft skills ls to be able to deal with challenges professionally
- A positive attitude
- Problem Solving
- Time Management
- Customer Focus
- Dual-Citizenship or Permit
- Own transportation
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
