**Purpose of Role**:
We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. Your main goal is to bring our casino brands to the next level by growing the business and brand loyalty.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Aligning with our licensee and providing reports and feedback
- Contributing to brand identity and brand language
- Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop retention, increase loyalty and customer value
- Working independently and proactively as connecting link between customers and licensee

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Fluent in English and preferably an additional language (Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish or Portuguese).
- Excellent soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
- Experience in iGaming a plus
- A positive attitude and team player
- Strategic thinking and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn and fulfill tasks independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work
