**HOST AGENT**

**Job summary**:
You will be required to be the host, providing customer service and upholding Telkom customer service standards.

**You will be required to perform in the following functional areas**:
**Duties of the Host / Door Controller**

**1.1.1.**Front-of-house hosting, welcoming customers to the store.

**1.1.2.**Provide the best customer service possible as per Telkom’s policies and procedures.

**1.1.3.**Engage with customers to determine the reason for visiting the store.

**1.1.4.**Conduct a customer needs analysis while they wait to enter the store.

**1.1.5.**Ensure that customers are wearing a mask before entering the store.

**1.1.7.**Inform customers to complete the relevant customer registers.

**1.1.8.**Sanitize ALL customers.

**1.1.9.**Sanitize key touch points

**1.1.10.**Control number of customers in the store and manage the queue effectively outside the door, ensuring customers are spaced as per tape markings on the floor (one customer per available sales agent).

**1.1.11.**Help show customers how to adhere to social distance rules before entering our stores.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month
