**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 Certificate
- BSc in Business Administration or similar is advantageous
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery advantageous
- English (Read, write & speak)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality control processes

**DUTIES**
- Reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator
- Remain abreast with market and technological developments and to identify new technologies that may contribute towards the development of the Business and improvements in the Company
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information in support of the Project Manager
- Liaise with relevant teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Help prepare budgets
- Support the Project Manager or Head of PPCM in overseeing project procurement management
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the team
- Work with the Project Manager or Head of PPCM to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports within the applicable document management system and Company procedures

**Salary**: R20 R25 000ctc, plus Medical Aid
