Project Co-ordinator

**Team Admin**:
- Manage meeting and ceremony calendars for the Pricing, IFRS17 and BT Team.
- Track and follow-up of system vulnerabilities and Tech refresh items
- Track and manage onboarding of new employees including equipment
- Manage contract renewals admin
- Assisting teams with logging and escalation of SRS and Incidents requests Organising training and team events
- Track assets, leave and other perform administrative duties required by the team
- Serve as first contact for queries between business and project team i.e., Escalate communications to relevant stakeholders and assist with logging business requests.
- Keep Confluence pages up to date with minutes, teams’ info
**Manage team financials**:
- Tracking and updating of project, BT and manex budget
- Prepare Journals for review by the BCM
**Planning**:
- Managing project plan in Jira and other Jira admin i.e., Ire, IFRS17 and Pricing tool projects
- Maintain team organogram
- Review and resolve exceptions
**Reporting**:
- Preparing steerco packs with SM and PO
- Prepare Steercom minutes and follow up on actions
- Update risks and issues on Jira where required
- Follow-up on feedback required.
- Assist BCM with stats and information gathering for departmental reports
- Assist Scrum Masters and Business Analysts with general project updates
**Proficiency**:
- Agile foundations
- Experienced in Atlassian, specifically Jira and Confluence
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Digital native (knowing how and when to google/use YouTube to learn and find an app to solve a problem is an undervalued skill)
- Project Management foundation
- 2 years’ experience
**Qualifications**:
- IC Agile certified, PM foundation Certification, BCom Degree or Diploma
**Disposition**
- Self-driven, people’s person with excellent verbal, written, communication and digital skills that can pay attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Can drive tasks to completion.
- Must be able to take direction, be flexible and teachable.
