Our client, a FMCG company, has a 3 months (possible extensions to 6 months) contract position for a Change Manager (PEOPLE CHANGE PROJECT). It will be a Hybrid position.

Manage the people-side of change on a complex project, by identifying and addressing the human risks involved in implementing the change, enabling impacted stakeholders to ensure adoption, embedment and proficient utilisation of the change/s.

Will either be Bryanston or Isando office
- Experience in Cloud and or ERP (Oracle, SAPetc) Change Management
- Previously worked on software technology project implementations
- Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end change management project roll-outs
- Experience of working with vendors and in complex matrix organization structures
- Previously worked on SAP project implementations
- Change management qualification or trained
- Advocate and create awareness of the SAP Financial Budgeting (Cloud) solution to ensure visible and active sponsorship
- Design People Case for Change (C4C)
- Gather stakeholder information to ensure stakeholder is identified and determine anticipated people change impacts to ensure people change risks are addressed

**Develop and implement change management plans**:

- Develop people change plans to ensure change adoption, embedment, visibility and active sponsorship including people communication and training plan, as well as business readiness assessments
- Ensure people change plans and approach align with project plan and approach
- Provide the People Change Management (PCM) Dashboard and Tracking approach to measure success of adoption and ensure alignment with the project plan

**Implement change reinforcement and embedment close-out actions**
- Perform a people change compliance audit to highlight PCM gaps in order to mitigate embedment risks
- Perform impacted stakeholder satisfaction assessments to determine future PCM improvements
- Perform a lessons learned retrospective for PCM Organisational learning to feed into overall project lessons learned
