**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employer Branding**: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Represent the organization positively at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
