Role Description

This is an on-site workplace experience opportunity for Persons Living with Disabilities, located in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The role involves gaining hands-on workplace experience while participating in various professional activities and administrative tasks. Incumbents will be supported in developing skills relevant to their career aspirations through practical experiences and mentorship, fostering growth while contributing to organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • The incumbent must be unemployed.
  • The incumbent must be a person living with a disability (proof of disability is required).
  • You should not have previously participated in any SETA funded learnerships or internships.
  • You must have reliable transport.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Basic computer literacy skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general IT proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
  • An eagerness to learn new skills, adapt to change, and take on new challenges
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment
  • No prior work experience required; however, a demonstrated interest in recruitment, healthcare or administrative work is advantageous.
