The Auxo Talent, a global consortium specialising in people services, are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Designer to join our innovative Marketing team based in Umhlanga, Durban. As a Group Designer at the Auxo Talent, you will play a crucial role in developing and elevating not only our global group brand but also the other 7 group brands. You will be at the forefront of digital creation and management, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, the Group Senior Content Creator, the Group Graphic Designer, the wider Marketing team, and predominantly UK-based Senior Leadership. You'll shape both external and internal branding, ensuring maximum visual impact across all channels. If you have a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, a talent for digital and video design with a strong background in graphic design plus experience in working with AI image and video content generation we want to hear from you **It goes without saying that every day won't be the same but here's a few things you're likely to spend your time with us doing. You'll be**: - Planning, designing and creating digital content at group and at core recruitment business level, working closely with the Marketing Director, Group Senior Content Creator and Senior Leaders. - Utilising your knowledge of AI Image generation and AI video creation to ensure that all digital content is of the highest visual standard. - Working with Senior Leadership, you'll be uplevelling all group brands visually and optimising the inclusion of digital elements for external audiences at Group and core recruitment businesses level. - Creating digital content for internal audiences, working closely with senior leadership - Proficient with the Adobe suite, you will also be designing and delivering traditional collateral as required. - Collaborating with our Group Graphic Designer to deliver all group social media design and digital design. - Utilising our project management tool, you'll be managing and tracking time and output on all your projects. - Taking ownership of quality control for all design content from the Marketing team. **Whilst each of our employees come from varying backgrounds and unique experiences there are a few things we'd love to see you check the boxes on**: - Proven experience as a Digital Designer or Graphic Designer with at least 5 years in a similar role. - Strong experience of using AI image and video generation to enhance digital output. - Videography and photography skills are desirable. - Willingness to coach others in the team and deliver feedback. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills. - Exceptional design planning experience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, fast-paced team. - Strong organisational and time management skills. **So, what's in it for you?** The better you feel, the better you perform so we are focusing on allowing you the balance you need to achieve this.
