**Purpose of the Job**:
As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our inventory operations. Your role will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the inventory team.
- Ensuring accurate inventory records and conducting regular audits.
- Managing inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
- Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems.
- Training and mentoring inventory staff.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize inventory processes

**Job Objectives**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Train and supervise inventory staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Matric (Grade 12)

**Desirable**
- Diploma/degree in Supply Chain

**Experience**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as an Inventory Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
