Workshop Supervisor – Caravan Fitment Centre (Pretoria) Location: Pretoria, Gauteng | Employment Type: Full-Time Caravan Fitment Centre is a leading specialist in caravan, trailer, and camper fitments, upgrades, and repairs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and staff activities Oversee caravan fitments, installations, and repairs to ensure top-quality standards Plan and allocate work efficiently to meet deadlines Conduct inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the fitment team Manage workshop inventory, tools, and consumables Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Liaise with management and customers to ensure clear communication and excellent service delivery Inspect, assess the scope of work and provide detailed quotations and timelines for work to clientele Engage with customers for assessments, quotations, progress updates, authorisations, invoicing, payments and collections Regular progress reporting to the management team Continuous updating of job progress on the internal job management software to keep all stakeholders appraised of each job's progress Requirements Proven experience in a technical or mechanical workshop environment (automotive, caravan, or trailer experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Sound technical and problem‑solving ability Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver’s licence (EB or higher advantageous) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent customer interaction and communication skills Why Join Us?
