We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

The restaurant supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guest.

Your duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the front -of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses and bartenders.
- Ensuring that all guest receive high-quality service and resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Assisting in the staff training and development to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for suppliers as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
