Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.

**Job Title**: IT Support Specialist (信息技术支持专员)

The IT Support Specialist ensures smooth IT operations by assisting employees with technical issues, managing software installations, maintaining office systems and equipment, overseeing network connectivity, and coordinating with vendors for IT-related services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employee IT Support**: Assist employees with computer-related issues, including providing technical specifications for new purchases, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and coordinating repairs with vendors.

**Office System Maintenance**: Diagnose and resolve issues related to company office systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.

**IT Equipment Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of company IT equipment.

**IT Expense Management**: Handle monthly IT-related payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

**Network & Connectivity Management**: Maintain stable network connections for both the company office and employee accommodation, promptly resolving any network failures.

**Vendor Management**: Manage IT service providers, ensuring efficient collaboration and service delivery.

**Other Duties**: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
1. **Key Work Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience in managing IT equipment and coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of IT procurement and payment processes.
- Experience in network administration, ensuring stable office and residential connectivity.
- Prior experience in IT vendor management is a plus.

2. **Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL) are an advantage.
