**Responsibilities**:

- **
Job Specification Management -** Collaborate with department heads to create and review accurate, engaging job specifications that align with organisational goals and role expectations.
- ** Administrative duties** - Schedule interviews, draft questions, and other recruiting events.
- ** Recruitment Administration** - Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
- ** Support Platform Management** - Source and maintain support platforms and constantly seek improvement possibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources is preferred
- Generalist with strong track record recruiting Technical Engineering and Managerial roles.
- Five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
- Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
- Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
