**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Develop Marketing Strategies**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target small businesses effectively.

**Digital Marketing Implementation**:
**Traditional Marketing Implementation**:
Oversee the creation and distribution of traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and direct mail campaigns to reach small businesses in target markets. Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotional activities, and partnerships to enhance the company's brand presence and drive customer engagement.

**Marketing Stock Management**:
Manage inventory levels with the Warehouse Manager of marketing collateral and promotional items, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support marketing initiatives and events.

**Campaign Performance Reporting**:
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Market Research**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use findings to inform marketing strategies and improve targeting efforts.

Understand the segments that HPAY is targeting and develop appropriate campaigns and marketing initiatives that attract these segments

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other marketing service providers to support the company's marketing objectives.
