**Your Role at Quantanite**: As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategies and ensuring the seamless integration and productivity of our business functions. You will be instrumental in driving our operational excellence, enhancing our organizational capabilities, and ensuring the long-term success of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily company operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and meet business goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership growth.
- Oversee financial metrics, including revenue targets and budget management, to ensure profitability.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A seasoned leader with 5-10 years of senior management experience in Operations within a BPO or Contact Centre environment.
- A strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Comprehensive understanding of various business functions such as Quality, Workforce Management, and Finance.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations with a strategic and analytical approach.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilience under pressure and the capability to manage and adapt to change effectively.
