We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Director to join our inclusive team and drive the success of our central business relationships with key clients. This full-time Director of Operations role is based in Johannesburg and offers an excellent salary and benefits.

As Operations Director, you will plan and encourage the delivery of key owned account central objectives, including contact and cost-to-serve reduction, customer resolution, customer retention and acquisition, and guiding improvements in customer satisfaction and advocacy.

In this new and exciting role, you will manage, encourage and develop client relationships to maximise further business growth.

In this role, you can expect to:

- Provide principal day-to-day contact between Webhelp SA and the client, building trust, whilst seeking to achieve maximum profitability
- Ensure that Webhelp actively engages in all relevant key developments within each owned account and acts as a vital business partner at all times
- Maintain excellent senior-level relationships with appropriate owned account people as well as develop and implement an effective engagement strategy for each owned account
- Direct, motivate and inspire the relevant Webhelp operational teams to effectively deliver key client outcomes and achieve market-leading client satisfaction

You will also require the following:

- Previous operational success in the contact centre/outsourcing industry
- Experience in guiding and implementing significant principal business transformation
- Senior-level experience in strategy development and implementation, operational management, business/service development, and delivery of financial results
- A high level of expertise in client partnership, working to maximise business growth and development opportunities
- Exceptional commercial awareness and contract negotiation with clients
