**Freelance 3D Interior Rendering Specialist (Cape Town Only)**

**Location**: Cape Town, South Africa (Remote & In-Person)

**Job Type**: Freelance / Project-Based

I am looking for a talented **3D Interior Rendering Specialist** to assist with high-quality visualisations for a **residential project**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create **realistic 3D interior renderings** to bring design concepts to life.
- Produce **3D renderings of furniture** based on provided designs.
- Work closely with me to refine designs and ensure they align with the renovation vision.
- Provide final high-resolution images suitable for presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **3D interior rendering** (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in software such as **Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar**.
- Ability to produce photorealistic renders with strong attention to detail.
- Must be based in **Cape Town** for potential in-person meetings or site visits.
