Drawing up quotes for customers and follow up
Accurate typing, editing and formatting of admin documentation
Filing, correspondence, implementing admin systems
Arranging couriers
Meeting and greeting clients
Provide secretarial and administrative support
Bookings / coordination of events and conferences
Management and screening of incoming and outgoing calls
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
General office administration
Petty Cash
Monthly reconciliations
Processing of invoices
Processing of logbooks
Supplier liaison
Telesales
**Qualifications**:
Matric
Diploma / Certificate Secretarial
Secretarial experience (2 years working experience as a secretary)
Highly Computer Literacy - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Own transport essential & must have a license
Basic + Commission offered
**Skills**:Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)
Telephone Etiquette
Office Administration skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Customer service attitude
Self-motivated and results driven.
Professional personal presentation.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant
