- Become an industry expert, staying on top of trends and competitor insights. Use your knowledge to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients.-
**Data-Driven Decision-Making**:
- Analyse market data and lead performance to optimize our strategies and maximize success. Be comfortable interpreting data and using it to inform your business development initiatives.You've Got What It Takes: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience A proven track record of exceeding growth targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A passion for collaboration and a strategic mindset Minimum of a Matric qualification
