**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Engage and Excite**: You will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your role is to engage them, understand their needs, and set up appointments with our expert sales team.
- ** Language Skills**: Converse in English, Spanish is also ideal, ensuring clear and effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- ** Client Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
- ** Organization and Follow-Up**: Keep meticulous records of calls and appointments, ensuring follow-up and efficient scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English with Spanish as an additional language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or appointment setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM software.
