**What is this job about?**:
In this role as a **Customer Service Representative**, your goal is to provide a unique travel experience for the clients.

On a daily basis, you will manage and coordinate trips for international guests.

**Your challenges**:

- Collaborate with our partners to **confirm ground services** during booking sessions
- Make sure that trips **are confirmed** concerning what has been promised to guests before their arrival
- Liaise between guests and the partners to deliver a unique travel experience
- Provide a **deep understanding** of the client's requests
- Coordinate with the **different departments** to prepare necessary arrangements pre and post the guest's travel
- Make debriefs to guests about the upcoming experience
- Act as a **single** **point of contact** for guests
- Constantly **accompany** the guests throughout the duration of the trip - this would include availability over weekends and holidays in case of emergencies or crisis
- Cater to special requests, plan surprises and special activities
- Regularly follow-up with guests by **negotiating** with partners for freebies or special rates

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills**:advanced** level in **English** (C1+) and **German** (C1)
- At least **1 year** of experience in a customer facing role (ideally hotel, reception, restaurants, shops )
- Ability to identify clients’ needs - You know how to ask the good questions
- Handling bookings
- Doing follow up with guests
- Negotiating prices with partners
- Handling all type of customer inquiries
