**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Provides an efficient and on time response to assist SANParks customers with the booking process.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Customer Service
- Quotes on SANParks enquiries received via SafariNow/Travelstart Hotels platform
- Good product knowledge demonstrated
- Customer queries are dealt with or referred appropriately and progress of queries communicated to customer
- Proactively try to convert open enquiries into bookings
- Bookings problems are escalated to Team Leader/Manager
- Bugs report to Team Leader/Manager
- Maintain positive customer feedback
- Handle cancellations and refunds
- Assist customers with complaint queries
- Resolve double bookings
- Log payment queries with finance
- Follow up on stack created tasks
Stakeholder Relations
- Update calendars of all SANParks’ properties to reflect SANParks’ live calendars
- Update rates on all SANParks’ properties to reflect SANParks’ rates
- Update photos on all SANParks’ properties to ensure listings accurately reflect properties
- Update any other information on all SANParks’ properties, e.g. features, facilities, important information, cancellation policies, etc.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Educational Requirements and Work Experience:

- 2 years call centre experience with exposure to customer services or sales (in and out bound) Or Customer service work related to direct interaction with customers
