SeedHunter connects blockchain investors, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and projects seeking to list on its platform. We're focused on building communities within the crypto space and need a Social Media Manager who can drive engagement and ensure seamless communication across our channels.

**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Manager at SeedHunter, you will lead our social media strategy to boost visibility, engagement, and community interaction. You’ll work closely with various teams, including artwork, copy, and business development, to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging across platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain, crypto markets, and trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain all SeedHunter social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and others as needed).
- Craft and execute a social media strategy tailored to the blockchain and crypto audience.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (graphics, copy, videos).
- Lead digital communication efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Write compelling copy and captions tailored to each platform's unique audience.
- Manage and grow our online community, responding to comments, fostering discussion, and building relationships with followers and influencers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (artwork, copy, business development) to create cohesive campaigns and ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and present regular performance reports using analytics tools to track KPIs and social media success metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the blockchain/crypto industry.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.) with demonstrable results.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience in community management and engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams to meet project goals.
- Proficient in social media analytics and reporting.
- Passionate about blockchain and crypto with a deep understanding of the industry.
