As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing online communities, and driving brand awareness through strategic social media initiatives. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our digital voice, connecting with our audience, and showcasing the unforgettable experiences we create.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage compelling content (images, videos, graphics, and captions) for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor trends in the event and hospitality industry to keep our content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster meaningful relationships.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to expand our digital footprint.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Le Grandeur Events at the forefront of digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the events, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creativity, storytelling, and digital engagement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in event marketing or brand storytelling.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising strategies.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From R10 000,00 per month
