The Regional Manager will provide inspirational leadership and people management to a highly motivated workforce that are committed to working within a culture of continuous improvement, outstanding performance, and excellent levels of customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a wide range of employee engagement methods are in place across your workforce with promoters, actively listening and leading to deliver our objective of being a great place to work.
- Identify sales targets per channel per month and draw up quarterly project plans as to how these targets will be achieved in your region/area.
- Manage and track sales achievement with your workforce.
- Provide regular one on one performance management and implement the organisation’s appraisal process.
- Ensure your workforce delivers on the organisations prescribed key performance indicators.
- In all aspects of the organisation, promote effective communication, excellence in customer service and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assist with managing promotional activities.
- Assist with managing new launches.
- Ensure and manage adherence to the store call cycle and store coverage of your workforce.
- Ensure effective time management of your workforce.
- Managing store stock availability and developing solutions to resolve stock issues within your region.
- Reporting to your line manager of shortages and in-store issues
- Ensure shelf health of LDU’s and dummy phones, as well as well general hygiene of shelf.
- Ensure good working relationship between your workforce and store management.
- To be professional in appearance, style, attitude and knowledge at all times.
- To maintain, secure, safe, healthy, and well managed environments for your workforce and customers.
- The job holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be directed by your line manager

**Requirements**:
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Must have a Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent.
- Must be fluent with excel - Intermediate level
- 5 years of relevant experience in consumer telecommunications and cell phone industry.
- Solid knowledge of Sales - In-depth knowledge of the mobile market locally and globally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a excellent team player
- Strong analytical skills
