**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Providing administration skills to our own onsite and e-commerce clients websites by:

- Correctly upload and quality control mass data files
- Check onsite regularly for any issues or anomalies
- Ensure that products are live with the correct functionality (i.e. vouchers, sales items, carts are updating, clicks throughs are working, pages are redirecting correctly, etc)
- Ensure that images are downloaded, tracked and attached efficiently
- Ensure that the content of the website is updated with descriptions, names and all of the details are correct
- Promptly flag any product content issues to the relevant department
- Ensure that products go live based on campaign requests (update dates,
- Adhoc product data corrections (e.g. sizing, descriptions, etc)
- Liaise with the Studio team to ensure that images are shot and loaded on time
- Create new categories and collections as per client requests
- Create vouchers as per client request
- Liaise with Customer Service and Warehouse with regards to product content and returns

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- At least 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel
- Comfortable dealing with 3rd parties and ecommerce clients
- Knowledge of the SA fashion industry is highly advantageous
- Sound understanding and knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies
- Organized and able to communicate clearly
- Able to work with deadlines and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
