With a collaborative team culture and a commitment to innovation, they offer a dynamic environment where attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success.The Role: Pricing Administrator eCommerce This role is focused on ensuring accurate and competitive pricing across the companys online store. You will be responsible for interpreting supplier price lists, generating bulk pricing updates, and maintaining accuracy across all product listings. Working closely with sales, catalogue, and senior team members, your attention to detail will help drive profitability and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate product pricing using supplier price lists and Excel-based tools, applying standard markup formulas.Generate bulk upload files to update prices and promotions efficiently.Investigate and resolve internal pricing tickets by verifying supplier costs, checking for outdated lists, and requesting updates.Support promotional campaigns by preparing bulk pricing sheets for sales and specials.Assist in developing pricing strategies alongside senior team members.Help with product uploads when new items are added to the store (basic HTML/CSS beneficial).Maintain pricing accuracy in collaboration with the sales and catalogue teams.About You2+ years experience in a pricing, administrative, or data management role (preferably in retail/eCommerce).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, filtering, data comparison).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.Basic understanding of markup and margin calculations.Quick to learn new systems, with familiarity in eCommerce platforms a plus.Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of competitor pricing analysis.
