Our ecommerce platform is a cornerstone of our business, and we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help ensure our product data and images are always up to date and accurate.

**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Data Administrator to support the management of product data and images for our ecommerce store. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are properly presented online by handling incoming stock information, uploading images, and maintaining data quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor incoming stock and update relevant data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Upload and organize product images within the PIM system.
- Check product data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any data or image discrepancies.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure all ecommerce content meets brand standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent English language skills and comprehension
- 1-2 years’ experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopfiy/Magento/Woocomerce), PIM systems or similar tools (training will be provided).
- Comfort working with data and images in an ecommerce environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

**NB**:This role is full-time in office
