**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Product Manager to own the front-end experience and customer journey across our digital platforms. You will focus on enhancing user experience (UX/UI), optimizing conversion rates, and integrating customer communication and support tools like Zendesk to drive seamless interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product Strategy & Roadmap**
- Define and execute the product vision for our eCommerce front-end and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap focused on user experience, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify areas of improvement.

**User Experience & Conversion Optimization**
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, high-converting shopping experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing and leverage customer behavior analytics to drive design and functionality improvements.
- Optimize website and mobile performance, navigation, and checkout flows.

**Customer Communication & Support**
- Integrate and optimize customer support platforms like Zendesk for seamless communication.
- Work with customer support teams to identify common pain points and improve self-service tools.
- Implement proactive engagement strategies like live chat, automated messaging, and personalization.

**Stakeholder & Team Collaboration**
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Define and track key metrics related to customer satisfaction, NPS, and retention.
- Ensure smooth integration of eCommerce tools, third-party apps, and CRM systems.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 4+ years in eCommerce product management.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms. Shopify would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience working with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
- Proficiency in A/B testing, web analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making skills.
