**Core Description**:
Responsible for analysing large volumes of structured and unstructured employee data to discover patterns and trends to provide group wide HR analytics and insights that will inform the Group HR Strategy. Improve the quality of data through the implementation of data governance and data and risk management strategies. Also responsible for all activities that support the implementation of Telkom SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, which includes Employee Central, Recruiting, On-boarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession Management and Development, Payroll, Foundation, Platform Integrations, and Reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
**HR Data Governance, Analytics and Reporting (50%)**

HR Data Governance and Risk Management
- Responsible for driving the alignment and integration of all HR systems across the group to render automated data analytics
- Determine the root cause of data anomalies and provide solutions to resolve, continuously driving improvement opportunities.
- Partner with IT and other divisions to implement HR data warehousing and develop actionable business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure the optimization, effectiveness and efficiency of all HR metric practices. This includes leveraging technology and systems to create effective and efficient processes and support systems.
- Design, populate, and maintain HR dashboards, including analysis.
- Define mechanisms to regularly monitor metrics and dashboards.

HR reporting and intelligence
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad hoc HR trend reports and intelligence to the COHR.
- Prepare and provide all HR Exco, Group Exco, ESG, EE BCM, risk management and annual report information to the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all report requests, report generation, and enhancements from HR systems.
- Provide expertise as it relates to best practices and industry trends in reporting
- Deliver actionable strategic insights for various business areas (considering HR analytics, overall conditions/ trends, etc.).\
- Accountable and responsible for the utilisation and analysis of HR data to interpret, determine and predict future trends and increase efficiencies.
- Generate data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with HRBPs and internal and external functional experts to inform business on people trends, insights and implications for the business.
- Make recommendations and insights gained from analysis of operational metrics and reporting.
- Provide expertise according to best practices and industry trends in people metrics, benchmarks, and key performance indicators.

**SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (50%)**
- Plan, organize, and test releases prior to implementation and advice process owners on changes.
- Troubleshoot and implement solutions to identified challenges.
- Assess client's needs for product development issues when applicable.
- Report and follow up with IT team regarding technical/ configuration requests logged to ensure delivery of change requests.
- Partner with the Data Insights team and produce Group HR reporting/ analytics/ visualizations/ KPI’s on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis using various datasets within and outside of SuccessFactors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and communication.
- Maintain proper end-user system support documentation.
- Provide project support as needed.
- Responsible for the SAP SF budgeting, procurement, third party contracting and payment processes.

**Required Certification**:
SAP SuccessFactors Certification is desirable.

**Qualifications**:
3-year degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6) preferably in Data Science and/or Information Technology. An HR qualification will be an added advantage

**Experience**:
5 years relevant experience, preferably in, Data Science, Data Analytics or BI. Experience in HR trend analysis and reporting is desired. Experience in the SuccessFactors HCM Suite is desired.

**Special Requirements**:
Availability to work long hours when required.
Ability to operate at all levels of authority.
