**Overview**:
Responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, personnel record management, and assisting with employee relations. They play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
**Key responsibilities**:
Main duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Other responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, collecting necessary paperwork, and setting up employee records. Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and address employee concerns or conflicts. Assist with employee disciplinary actions, performance management, and grievance handling as needed.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations. Process HR-related documentation, such as employment agreements, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, tracking leaves of absence, managing employee benefits enrollment, and addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies. Update and maintain employee handbooks and policy manuals. Provide guidance on HR-related legal matters and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, organising training programs, and maintaining training records. Assist with the implementation of performance management processes.
- HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics, including employee demographics, turnover rates, and training participation. Prepare HR-related data for management and assist with HR metrics and analysis.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements. Participate in HR-related committees or task forces as assigned.
- Stay Updated on HR Trends: Continuously update knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure effective HR support and compliance.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal employees.
- Assist with the arrangement of projects, i.e. catering, communication, room preparation, refreshments. Projects such as Induction, Workshops, Client Meetings
- Assist with digitalising HR processes / work procedures.
**Behavioural Skills**:

**Qualification and Experience**:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
- HR Systems and Technology: Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other HR software
