We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Office Administrator/Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our department runs smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
- Basic Payroll (Learner stipend payments)
- Bursary management
- Client Documents
- Attendance monitoring
- Payslip management(Learners)
- Stipend Query management
- UIF administration
- Learner onboarding for payments
- Contract management
- Learner disciplinaries
**Competencies**
- Strong attention to detail
- Administrative and Organisational Skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Computer Skills (Learner Management System, Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
- Customer Service - Maintains professional demeanour when dealing with staff, students, guests, volunteers and stakeholders
- Basic financial knowledge and experience
**Experience Required**
1- 2 years experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R9 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
