**About the Role**

Sparrow FET College is looking for a proactive and dedicated **Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Job Coach** to support learners during their workplace training and to strengthen partnerships with employers. This role requires **extensive travel across Gauteng**, ensuring students are adequately mentored, monitored, and supported to successfully integrate into workplace environments.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Workplace Monitoring & Mentoring of learners.
- Maintain open lines of communication with students, employers, and colleagues.
- Update and manage documents on Google Drive.
- Complete all administration and reporting requirements.
- Source and secure new workplace providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and partners.
- Travel extensively across Gauteng to visit workplace sites.

**Skills & Personal Qualities Required**
- **Excellent driving skills** with a **valid driver’s licence** (PDP an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Gauteng layout and willingness to spend significant time on the road.
- Strong communication skills for engaging clients, learners, and colleagues.
- Excellent administration and reporting skills.
- Computer literate with **intermediate Excel knowledge**.
- Deadline-driven, able to handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Systematic thinker with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Added advantage: Experience working with **unemployed youth** and/or **people with disabilities**.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Relevant qualification (Assessor, Moderator or any other related)
- 2-3 years’ experience in **coaching, training, mentoring, or career guidance** (preferably in the FET/TVET or skills development environment).
- Demonstrated experience in **relationship management** with employers and youth development.
- **Valid driver’s licence**
