Regional Sales Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES (AMONGST OTHERS)**:
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Propose region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
Manage region and individual performances
Report on region sales results, forecast quarterly and annual profits
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyse the regions market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Strategize on brand awareness and new product offerings as per findings in the market.
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelors degree in business or related field
Minimum 8 years strong technical and external sales experience
Minimum 5 years managing a sales team
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Strategic thinking
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to travel
