Wise Pelican is a US-based, Full-Service Marketing Company who partners with Residential Real Estate agents in the United States to help them drive leads and sell more houses. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who can with our digital marketing team to help drive and close new clients.
**Job Description of the Business Development Representative**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively reach out to target real estate brokerages and real estate groups to generate qualified leads and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Identify and engage with individual agents or groups within real estate brokerages, as well as marketing personnel within real estate groups.
- Utilize expert-level outbound sales techniques to generate high-quality leads and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring they meet the criteria for our Account Executives.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handoff for further sales discussions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and appointment scheduling in a CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing regular updates on lead generation activities and insights from prospect interactions.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional, quiet environment with solid internet access and backup planning for power/internet.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and booking appointments for sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and articulate the value of our solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve appointment booking targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively coordinate and align with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in maintaining accurate sales records.
This Remote position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure and a flexible work environment. Join our team and help us expand our reach in the real estate market by delivering top-notch cold outreach campaigns.
Pay: R25,000.00 - R60,000.00 per month
