Key Responsibilities Office Support
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Handle all incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and students.
Prepare and manage boardrooms for meetings.
Assist contractors with building access and maintain a key register.
Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring queries are resolved or directed.
Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks.
Student Accommodation Administration
Manage facilities services in line with policies and procedures.
Process internal and external communications.
Create work orders for maintenance issues.
Attend and take minutes at Property Management meetings.
Ensure availability of relevant forms at reception.
Assist with student-related inquiries or escalate to the appropriate person.

Qualifications and Experience Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
2-4 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
Preferred
Diploma or Degree in Office Administration.
