Office Liaison

Purpose of the role:
The individual will be responsible for all office administration requirements and telephone duties.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to customers
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
General administrative and clerical support
Reporting
Performs scheduling tasks including but not limited to; MYSPot, Parking, Booking of Meeting Rooms etc.
Serves as the liaison for LNSA and Building Management; for all office needs, including but not limited to OHS, maintenance, security requirements etc.
Ensure that routine maintenance on facilities and repairs are completed by Building Management
Manage inventory of office supplies
Collaborate with management on budgeting for CPT facilities needs
Accurate and timely payment of all facilities costs
Ensure that landlords of existing leased real estate are providing services in accordance with the lease agreement
Adhoc projects
Archibus reporting

Minimum Requirements:
Matriculation Certificate / Grade 12
Previous Administration Experience essential
