Office Liaison

Purpose of the role:
- The individual will be responsible for all office administration requirements and telephone duties.
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to customers
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- General administrative and clerical support
- Reporting
- Performs scheduling tasks including but not limited to; MYSPot, Parking, Booking of Meeting Rooms etc.
- Serves as the liaison for LNSA and Building Management; for all office needs, including but not limited to OHS, maintenance, security requirements etc.
- Ensure that routine maintenance on facilities and repairs are completed by Building Management
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Collaborate with management on budgeting for CPT facilities needs
- Accurate and timely payment of all facilities costs
- Ensure that landlords of existing leased real estate are providing services in accordance with the lease agreement
- Adhoc projects
- Archibus reporting

Minimum Requirements:
- Matriculation Certificate / Grade 12
- Previous Administration Experience essential
- Must be Computer Literate
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Acrobat PDF Writer
- Experience with PeopleSoft
