Position Overview:
As a Sales Negotiator at Flyp, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving higher closure rates on offers accepted, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. You will be responsible for managing key accounts agents accounts, nurturing relationships with sellers, and leveraging your expertise in real estate sales and negotiation to optimise outcomes for sellers and buyers alike.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
- Offer Closure Optimisation: Strategically manage the offer process to increase closure rates on accepted offers, working closely with clients to address concerns and overcome objections.
- Negotiation: Utilise your expertise in real estate sales and negotiation to advocate for the best interests of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage a pipeline of key accounts, prioritizing tasks and activities to maximise efficiency and results.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies and initiatives, driving overall company success.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and service enhancements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to offer closure rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in real estate.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, including pricing trends, property valuation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced startup environment.

Other Requirements
- Your own home office setup(Including Laptop)

Compensation:
- Salary: R22,000.00 - R24,000.00 per month
- Bonus Commission, uncapped. Average R12000 per month
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
