A well-established business in Westville Durban is looking for an ICT Sales Support Agent to join their dynamic team. This individual is to be able to identify customers technical and business requirements and provide the best solution for their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Team with ICT solutions for the client’s and identify their needs for their ICT requirements.
- Be able to identify technology and products that can be positioned to both business and technical users
- Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected before producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional and timely manner
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally with clients, business prospects, partners, team members and suppliers
- Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
- Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
- Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to clients and internal team members
- Work with Management to feedback with products and provide input around new or latest products
- Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using the Company’s proposition
- Interacting with the implementation / project team, working alongside with the customer, and ensuring a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
- Be able to negotiate with suppliers and product costs accordingly.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years sales support experience with designing solutions.
- Professional business etiquette - written and verbal.
- High standard of communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of ICT business model.
- Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility, and ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
- Positive Attitude.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Main desire to become an integral part of the fastest growing company.

**Requirements**:

- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Accreditation/certification in product technologies.
- Microsoft office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- High command of business language.
