**Job Description**:
Are you a dynamic and proactive individual ready to take on the challenge of managing medium to high complexity projects? Look no further We're seeking a talented **Project Manager** to lead end-to-end project delivery, engaging both internal and external stakeholders, and impacting multiple project teams, business processes, and IT systems.

**What you'll do**

Project Management & Governance:

- Assess project complexity and scope for effective approval and prioritization.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder registers and communication plans.
- Facilitate project engagements to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Establish project governance structures and management templates.
- Create and communicate project schedules with clear roles, responsibilities, and milestones.
- Manage contract and procurement processes in compliance with finance and procurement policies.
- Identify, record, and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate changes in roadmaps and schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project team's time logging for accurate billing and costing.
- Track task completion, manage risks and issues, and provide project status updates.

Knowledge, Practices, and Continuous Improvement:

- Review project management practices and suggest process improvements.
- Evaluate performance measures to identify areas for enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in medium to high complexity environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiativess
