Derivco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst Level 2 to be part of our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for: Working with internal and external cross-functional teams and business stakeholders in the design, development, testing, deployment and support of internal business systems. You’ll ensure optimal functionality, integration and alignment with business requirements, typically leading minor development projects related to a single system or integration between two systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with users to understand and shape system implementation, integration and improvement requirements.
- Analyse business processes, architectures, workflows, data models and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design processes, workflows and data models for systems, supporting scalability and business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure systems align with specifications.
- Design test scenarios, cases and scripts, and participate in regression testing.
- Lead minor development projects ensuring timely, within-scope delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
- Create user manuals, deliver system training and support change initiatives.
- Provide 2nd-line system support and troubleshoot advanced user queries.
- Analyse root causes of bugs and assist developers in resolution.
- Monitor system performance and maintain alerts/dashboards.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing, team improvement initiatives and technical documentation.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field of study.
