We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** with expertise in rigging and heavy equipment to oversee and deliver our projects to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, safety requirements, and resource allocation.

Execution: Lead on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within the agreed timeframe.

Team Management: Coordinate and supervise rigging crews, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Cost Control: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address challenges or delays to keep projects on track.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including project reports, safety audits, and client communications.

Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in rigging, heavy lifting, or construction project management.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment rigging, safety standards, and compliance regulations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Certification in rigging or project management is advantageous.

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel.
