Service Admin Agent

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Service Admin Agent to join our team As a Service Admin Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and track service requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating services, deliveries, and other operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer requests and job progress.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials, coordinating restocking when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Support other departments as needed with various administrative tasks and operational support.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and service management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Pay: R7 000,00 - R7 500,00 per month
