Our KZN sales team currently seeks a dynamic individual to fulfil the role of Sales Administrator to be based at our Durban office. The successful applicant will serve as a crucial point of contact for customers with queries about products, services, and contracts as well as provide administrative support to the sales team.

Are you a dedicated team player and able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels?

**Job Specification**:

- Taking care of our existing client base and their requirements.
- Customer Retention.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate client feedback to internal departments.
- Ensure Sales Rep requirements are met and report any deviations.
- Continuous development and keeping abreast with new products and features.
- Processing Relevant Contracts and Agreements.

**Minimum Requirements & Competencies**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support agent.
- Hands on experience with CRM software.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to function optimally in a high-pressure environment.
