Duties/Pligte
- Developing a short and medium-term strategy for the ADA in collaboration with an Advisory Board and the Director;
- Planning for multiple events/Schools and developing annual plans;
- Designing, developing and implementing specific School project plans;
- Managing four schools and other events, including leading a core team and additional support staff brought in to support events;
- Monitoring and evaluating activities;
- Reporting on all ADA activities;
- Responsible for communicating with and marketing to internal and external stakeholders;
- Responsible for creating budgets;
- Responsible for fundraising for programme and scholarships to participate in events;
- Administrating the scholarship selection process for each school.

- Moniteer en evalueer aktiwiteite;
- Lewer verslag oor alle ADA aktiwiteite;
- Verantwoordelik vir kommunikasie en bemarking aan interne en eksterne rolspelers;
- Verantwoordelik vir die opstel van begrotings;
- Verantwoordelik vir fondswerwing vir programme en beurse vir deelname aan geleenthede;
- Administreer die beurs-toekennings vir elke skool.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Master's degree;
- Five years' experience in higher education and postgraduate development;
- Proven organisational and project management skills;
- Track record in fundraising;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good time management skills;
- The ability to work effectively with others under pressure in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent written and verbal skills (for report and proposal writing, and presentations);
- Experience in hybrid/blended learning in higher education;
- Strong ICT skills (MS Office, and especially Excel);
- Experience in events management;
- Good working knowledge of using social media;
- Experience using the Moodle-based platforms;
- Strong cross-cultural competencies.

- Uitstekende skriftelike en monderlinge vaardighede (vir verslae, projekvoorstelle, en aanbiedings);
- Ervaring in hibriede/gemengde leer in hoëronderwys;
- Sterk IKT vaardighede (MS Office, en veral Excel);
- Ervaring in geleentheidsbestuur;
- Goeie werkskennis in die gebruik van sosiale media;
- Ervaring in die gebruik van die Moodle gebaseerde platforms;
- Sterk interkulturele vaardighede.

Recommendation/Aanbeveling
- Doctorate in education and training and/or higher and adult education;
- Marketing experience and knowledge;
- Financial management.
