**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Debt Collections Manager at Ignite Fitness in Durbanville, Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee and manage the debt collections process and team, ensuring timely and efficient debt recovery. You will develop and implement debt collection strategies, manage a team of debt collectors, and liaise with customers and stakeholders to resolve payment issues. Additionally, you will analyze and report on debt collection performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to optimize debt recovery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Debt Collections Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in debt collection software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in debt collections or credit management are a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent
